Alan Lazenby, Attorney

Alan’s practice focuses on all areas of litigation including professional liability defense, construction litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury defense. Alan has tried numerous personal injury and property damage cases to verdict. Additionally, Alan advises insurers on coverage issues involving homeowners’, automobile, general liability, and professional liability policies.
Alan graduated cum laude from Wofford College in 1994 with a degree in Economics. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1997. During his third year in law school, Alan served as the Chief Justice of the University of Georgia Honor Court and as Commissioner of the Law School Intramural Basketball League. After graduation, Alan clerked for the Honorable J. Derham Cole, Judge for the Seventh Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.
Alan is a native of Irmo, South Carolina, and a father to three children.
